Still Buffering: How to Tell Scary Stories in the Dark

An illustration of Teylor Smirl, Rileigh Smirl, and Sydnee Mcelroy. Sydnee is wearing a doctor’s coat and holding a giant Tardigrade. Encircling them is the name of the show, Still Buffering, with ovals between the letters. Beneath them its says “I am a teenager... and I was too.”

There was a chill in the air this week (even if it only lasted for about 6 hours), and to celebrate all three of the sisters saw a new scary movie based on some old classics, “Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark.” From jangling men to hug monsters, these stories are from the Sydnee/Teylor era being retold in the Rileigh era, and we want to dissect them ALL.
